Ok, folks, are you ready to play "Name that Caption"? So, this is a bit of a reply to Rhonda's fishy picture post. This is indeed a BAD picture of me, but let's make it interesting...what was going on? Any idears? Post your ideas for a caption/scenario that would have me in this state.
